September 20, 2024 This movie 🎥 reminds us that Politics involves people who at times show their evil/Sin nature for money 💰, power, greed!!!! Like Senator Smith, who chooses to be Honest and oppose such evil politicians, WE/US Must stand up for right behavior. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jimmy Stewart represents the common, naive person who can make a difference in politics. The movie was in 1939. A few years later, Stewart flew bonding missions over Europe during WWII. He returned in 1945 to acting having aged from the War stress. Jean Arthur is Very Beautiful. She becomes the character while acting. She is the new working woman with much responsibility. Edward Arnold knows how to portray the Executive type with strong authoritative leadership. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ❤️💜This movie 🍿 shows that political greed is wrong. Politicians represent the people and middle ground Compromise IS OK to benefit all people. This movie 🎥 should be shown more often, in high schools, to politicians.❤️💜

August 10, 2024. EXCELLENT OLD TV DRAMA. I live in WIchita FOOLS, TX and no action here. The FOOLS here would gain brains 🧠 if they watched Perry Mason. Just saw the Case of the Mosquiyo Light with Arthur Hunnicutt, Strother Martin, Wilke. It was kind of actor Raymond Burr to continue tv credits for disabled co-stat Lt. Tragg who had to retire for health reasons. With the credits for his name with the Show, he could continue health insurance for actors. I like the closing minute when Perry, Della, Paul Drake discuss the case with questions that Perry will Now answer.
