Thor love and thunder... This edition to the MCU was enjoyable in its own right, I had more than a handful of moments where I was incapable of containing my smile and laughter due to the quirky nature of the film. The cinematography was great and it's hard to not want to take the family back for a second viewing. However as a very serious fan of the MCU I think thor isn't the character that this quirkiness should have been applied to, I think it would have served guardians of the galaxy vol. 3 much better. I would have expected more grounded and gritty theme surrounding thor especially after the events of thor losing much of what he hold dear to himself. Gorr seems to lack power and korg had a punchline almost every 5 seconds this became annoying at times but this is still a great movie.
