I have watched many WW2 movies and documentaries and this one is the best, by far. The actual footage of the war, piled into 6 episodes, brings the viewer a feeling of watching it unfold in real time like no other documentary has been able to do. Additionally, this documentary provides perspectives from all survivors’ nationalities , not just the Allies’ perspectives, to give a well-rounded account of the actual events of WW2 that many allied-produced documentaries typically like to gloss over. A must watch for anyone who is interested in WW2 and a lesson in humanity to all who have the pleasure of watching.
