Full Tilt “Kev” came out to my house to fix my twilight zone pinball machine that had an error that stated clock is broken. On “Kev’s” first visit he spent 2 hours looking at my machine then told me that he had to go but could come back to fix my machine by the way the diagnostic fee for this visit is $300! Wow seemed expensive but I paid him and scheduled for him to come back to fix my machine. On the 2nd visit with “kev” he spent 1 1/2 hours looking at my machine and told me that he had to go todays second visit was going to be $300 but he could come back a 3rd time to actually fix my machine. I paid him $300 for his 2nd visit with out scheduling a 3rd visit. After “Kev” left my house for his 2nd visit I looked up his company on Google reviews and found that I was not the 1st person to have a similar experience. Shame on me for paying $600 and getting nothing for it.
