I went to downtown Nashville after 3 years, and everywhere asked to download the app for parking, I called the number to get some more info but no response after 17 min wait on the line, so I did go through registration for my car and payment on the app and received a text showing me the time started and I am good to go , every 3 hours would send me a text to renew it so I thought I did, I finished with the Bussines I had and get back to my car and got the parking violation with extra fee in there, so this was the worse experience parking a car in downtown Nashville, glad that I do not live there. Shadiest company.
