Skip it! Another attempt to make religion look hypocritical and stupid. I was interested until the drama at the end and the big reveal. So disappointing. Garbage. Shame on these film makers.

Ship running aground made the movie look promising, but...
it turned out to be a long winded, disjointed waste of time. No explanation for the deer behavior or flamingos in the pool. Was this A.I. run rampant? Terrorists? Polar shift? Alien attack?
This may be a victim of the writer's strike. Failure for Higher Ground Productions.

The blurbs on the cover mislead me to believe this would be a cute and humorous story. I usually love Scholastic books. But once Ida B's Mom gets ill, it was just a tear- jerker for me to the end. I also didn't care for the tree hugging attitude. Trees can be replanted.
