As a photographer, this book was a great inspiration. I could hardly put it down. It told a great story of American history, photography and family. I loved how the Elise Hooper brought in famous Photographers and also the struggles of women to become successful. After reading this book, I purchased 4 more copies for my friends as Christmas pictures. Three are photographers and I know they will also love this book.
