Usually love this place, but we rented out the party room for a birthday brunch and I have a dairy allergy. They were made aware of this allergy the moment I arrived. They offered to bring me an alternative appetizer, and I never got it. They forgot to make my meal dairy free and didn’t realize it until they brought everyone else’s food out. As mine was finished cooking everyone was done eating and up and moving around so I had them box it up. They only cared about apologizing to the guy who was paying, not the person who the screw up actually happened to, even though we were all paying for our stuff after the fact. They gave him the free stuff, not me who is the one that they screwed up the food for, which makes me think they only cared about the money. What a shame.
