I love the first film and really enjoy the rest of the entries. So I’m not a hater! I was so excited for the film as it featured the wonderful original 3. I was so disappointed. The dinosaurs are incidental to the plot and the classic characters are often little more than comic relief. It’s too long, the story is not interesting and apart from a few standout scenes (feathered ice raptor for eg) filmed with no imagination. I wanted to love this movie and was very sad about how poor it was.
