While the movie itself flows well, some plot points seem confusing. Watching the movie more than once would be helpful. The big reveal at the end had me questioning everything I know about certain characters. I’m sure the JK Rowling has a plan for the next movies that will justify this plot point. For now, I’m hesitantly optimistic for the future. As a huge potter fan, I’m a little confused about how Minerva is a teacher in the twenties, she told Umbridge she had been teaching for 39 years in the 90s. But otherwise I enjoyed the movie overall. I ALWAYS like to warn people with PTSD, this movie had a trigger for me, so be aware as it’s about three quarters of the way through the movie.
