First of all, I'm not a chess player. Although it seems that the plot is all about succeeding in chess, it doesn't feel confusing. The plot is very well written and you can actually learn the basics and theories of it. Elizabeth Harmon grew up with only by herself, some friends and her confidence. she was abandoned, and it is very unlikely to a person to be successful when throughout your childhood, you're always been neglected. That's the most powerful attribute Beth Harmon have. She's a risk taker. I'd like to give this movie a straight 5 out 5. Remarkable. Outstanding. A MASTER PIECE. I cannot vision Elizabeth Harmon with any actress but only Anna Taylor Joy. She is totally a star! Also I'd like to give my take on the ending scene where she's dressed up in Russia with full white coat and a white hat, it reminds me of the White Queen Chess piece! and when she said "Let's Play" to a random man in Moscow, it signifies the 1st ever time she played chess with an old man Mr. Shaibell. Well Done!
