It’s imperfect but still young. An affordable system to get all around town for those without a car or medical issues that prevent driving around town. Thank goodness they exist. Their private competitors can be prohibitive … this is a wonderful addition to the metro system. Keep up there goid work .. Kansas City needs you!!! Already seems very utilized .. may even need more drivers. Close to five stars. Grateful for them!!
