Prior to the start of Sound of Freedom there was the usual theatre activity, popcorn, drinks, getting comfortable, and chatting. Sound of Freedom started and silence and little movement. The audience barely moved, throughout the movie. We were mesmerized, shocked and stunned. Most of the viewers stayed through the end of the credits. Sound of Freedom is sobering. The movie is incredibly well done and brings issues to light sensitively, but has powerful impact.
