I was somewhat enjoying this movie up until the point where the main character suddenly revealed that they became transgender in a confusing and unnecessary scene. Somehow the doctors decided to create a male urinary tract forcefully without the woman's permission, and the woman decides to continue the medical transition to become a man. No person would willingly continue medical procedures without the initial consent on the very first procedure that forced them down this path. The whole transgender idea is shoehorned in so badly, that I genuinely couldn't force myself to continue watching this movie due to my suspension of disbelief being demolished.
