VARTIKA CHAURASIA

A great series but I find the main character (Meredith Grey) really annoying. She is so selfish, only thinks about herself even though she is portrayed as a goody two shoes. She thinks her life is too complicated even though she is the one who is responsible for the said complications and she expects others to understand why she feels like dying every damn day even though she refuses to tell them anything. It's like she just wants attention and nothing else. And the most competitive intern? Gimme a break. She does nothing other than wallow in self pity every chance she gets, in the elevator, while treating a patient and even in the freaking OR. Cristina is probably the most competitive intern. She wants good cases and she works for it by getting there early unlike Miss Grey who, again, wallows in self pity and expects others to sympathize because she could not get up early. Why? Oh, because she felt like dying as she misses her ex boyfriend, who has a wife and more importantly lied about it to her. As a sensible person, this ex tried to remain friends with her because they are colleagues and should maintain good relations for the sake of their jobs but she tells him off because apparently, unlike a mature adult, she cannot deal with her emotions. No redeeming qualities whatsoever for the MC and this makes me so mad I cannot even watch the series anymore even though the premise is amazing.
