I, and most of my family, have been eating low carb/high fat (ie heavy on grass fed and organic meat, organic soy free eggs, coconut and avocado oils, in addition to a huge variety of vegetables) for two years. EVERY ONE of us has experienced a reduction in lipids and blood sugar, as well as reductions in blood sugar and A1C. My husband and I have been able to reduce or eliminate medications, and between 5 of us almost 200 pounds have been shed.
The "science" in this documentary is biased, and wrong.
