Gene Wilder would have loved this. It was magical and Willey Wonka was weird in the right way. The Tim Burton forgot about the heart and soul of book. I felt the nostalgia and wonder of the original. I was not rooting for this movie but it brought a since of child wonder I haven't felt in a while as a an adult.
