Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt really need to introspect. Marketing doesnt always work when you lack content. Film is boring, a pointless and non-unique tale of jail escape of a loved one. This time they just made it about brother-sister thats all. Alia tries too hard but thats the problem, she tries too hard. Her characters r so animated & hyper and emotions so overly externalised. She does decent job as actor but seems like she is only putting up a theatrical show to impress the critics. We see a loud actor whereas we need to see the character of the story. Went with lot of expectations but what a let down.
