What a wonderful, wonderful experience watching Mary Poppins Returns! I must have had a silly smile on my face the whole time. There were enough similarities to the original Mary Poppins that gave it some charm, but plenty of differences to make it unique. The MUSIC! Oh, the music was so beautiful and perfect for the film. The fact that the old school animation was used was probably my favorite thing about the film. I just absolutely loved everything. Kudos to Emily Blunt on hitting it out of the park with this role.
