Calm down guys. You have stories of certain civilians hurt themselves. Though shattering an ankle from a pothole is HIGHLY UNLIKELY, if not IMPOSSIBLE! Unless the bones are quite weak I find the stories admissible and laughable. Whilst you guys, "A Current Affair" report "brilliantly" on MOST Occassions, some of your stories are downright COMICAL. A shattered leg from a rolled ankle in a pothole. Shattering bones in the foot would have to take Significantly more impact than a roll over, hence, JUMPING/FALLING from a fair height!!?????? I feel even jumping from less than 3 metres in height would not shatter ANY PERSONS bones unless the person's suffered from an EXTREME bone deficiency. JUST THINKING OUT LOUD. THANKS.
