I find it disturbing, not only the way you used the sexual harassment issue to boost ratings but also how poorly you handled such a serious matter. If the allegations were founded (as you insinuated with creative editing) than immediate action should of been taken. You do not let the situation DEVELOP. Don't hide behind the pretense, you were monitoring it. A new low for ratings at all costs mentality.
