It's a movie that actually makes you think and that's why alot of people who just want to watch dislike it. What is the right response to a crisis like the one presented? I thought it was well acted and left the viewer with a moral dilema to what the right solution would be. I really did not need to see what happened to Chicago and know what an ICBM is capable of doing. It was a good change of pace from when everything goes exactly to plan and communications are crystal clear in other movies. I like that the president and other high ranking officials including the armed forces felt the pressure of the situation and acted accordingly.
