ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Jennifer Hudson did it again!!! She embodied Aretha Franklin!! I appreciate her gift and how she commands the screen!!! The storyline took you on an emotional roller coaster ride. I can now better understand the talent and gifting that pursed through the veins of The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin!!! She truly experienced heartache and pain but she rose from it and we have been blessed with the fruit which is her music!!! A legend, that will live on in our hearts!!! You will not be disappointed and Jennifer Hudson delivers YET AGAIN an astounding performance!!!!

Loved both seasons!! Looking forward to seeing what they do for Season 3!!! Love the storyline, the relationships between the characters and the music!!! It’s so refreshing to see WOC portrayed as successful, beautiful women with solid relationships. These women are not perfect (no one is)..but to see them work through their stuff and come together and celebrate their success is just beautiful!
