It's a Masterpiece from India. The subject hits you. It covers caste, class, gender, media, police, communal issues and political issues around all of this and what not. Story includes all kinds of characters whom bollywood often tries to exclude from their stories. And as the name suggests paatal lok, It really focuses on the people who live in paatal lok, which Hathiraam, the wonderful lead character, explains in the beginning of the story. It did a really great job in reflecting the society. I'm very satisfied. I love it.
