I haven't finished watching the movie, its easy to leave and forget to finish. I appreciated for the first hour or more the difficulty for the film maker to create a representation of madness. Id read the book so i knew what was happening and what was to come. I enjoyed everything Kaufman chose until the dance sequence towards the end, he lost me there. I couldn't understand making the ending so convoluted. It could have been really masterful, really enjoyable if left simple. I'll just say the book had a very satisfying ending but the movie ended with an eye roll.
