I found this book extremely informative on how to develop a best-fit marketing strategy. I realise that the author was very transparent about how he built a tech business from scratch using his unique staretgy of customer engagement to fight existing industry giants. It was during my MBA that I read his book so it was for me a great lesson on the importance of developing a business model with the help of strong teams and a good understanding of the nature of the competition. His novel approach of online sales was phenomenal.
