Do the CNN numbers for Covid-19 include the US territories; including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands; Navajo Nation, US Military, people in US Veteran Homes; prisoners in Federal prisons, and the deaths of US citizens on cruise ships?
So many of the numbers released exclude these American citizens because they are not included in the "State" numbers.
