Very fun, I have never seen a game that has had this type of atmosphere, there might be others, but this definitely utilizes the raw power of the PS3, amazing visuals, dynamic tracks, great selection of vehicles, amazing setting, and you literally race while a tornado rages on in the near vicinity, causing things to occur on the track, keeping the layout fresh and tense, sorry if I spoiled it to anyone, but I had to mention it. Like Mario Kart 8 with changing track elements, but in a chaotic and more realistic way.

played this as a kid, ( the gamecube version to be specific) i have some nostalgic memories, but they were breaking the game and glitching it, still fun for a hot wheels game

It's such a classic of the Super NES/Super Famicom, I used to have the original game and console (plus DKC, Super Metroid, and a couple others). I lost those when we had to move out. But now I have an Super NES classic, which makes it feel like a blast to the past (or at least in the mid-2000's). I love this game so much. Great work Nintendo!
