We ordered a Peloton Bike and called 3 days prior to our delivery date to confirm we should have someone stay home from work for the delivery. They confirmed. Fast forward to the night before delivery at 6pm, we received a call letting us know that our delivery was pushed back a full month and that we'd get a call from a manager that night explaining. We got no call. Then they moved our deliver to December 21. Now its December 30 and we were told that date was subject to move as well. This is awful customer service. You've lost a customer and all references from me.
