Waste of a 5 stars cast. The movie is all over the places. Plot is a mess. They wanted to make a point which is God doesn’t exist, but at the same time, were afraid to offend believers/christians so they were soft and sarcastic with it. They couldn’t stand on business so they tried to please both sides: Believers and non-believers. I am a Christian, I didn’t find it as blasphemy, but it was a whole mess. I love the actors, and as French naturalized US citizen, I was so excited to see Omar Sy acting alongside many of my favorite US actor's, but I was so disappointed. I wanted to leave after just 30 minutes. But stayed just because I paid for it.

Few months ago when I heard about this movie and the cast I was like OMG this is gonna be so good… I was impatiently waiting for it. Ooh boy what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! It was just too painful to watch. 100% clichés, predictable, and totally humorless. The script is totally jacked. This movie represents racism at its peak. How do you get Eddie Murphy in a movie, and make him unfunny? Not even 20 minutes into it and I was so ready to turn it off, but I was like “maybe it’ll get better… I can’t believe I tortured myself watching the whole thing. I had a great weekend and I thought watching this on Sunday night would be the best way to end my amazing weekend. Now, not only I ruined my mood, also I’ll be in bad mood for next week as if Monday was not enough reason to be in bad mood. So much talent associated with such a trashy movie. Wonder how much was the paycheck to convince Eddy to play in this movie. The movie is totally predictable. The dialogue inauthentic, the jokes unoriginal, unfunny, and the movie’s message was a lousy attempt to shed light on modern cultural differences. TRASH!!!

Wow!!! Never been a fan of Adam Sandler but this movie is just a masterpiece. Just when I was thinking about quitting Netflix for being awful for so long I am glad finally I am able to see a good movie. There is something about this movie that makes you connected with it from the beginning. You feel the love and the connection. I am not a huge fan of basketball, I play, breathe and live soccer (the real football 😎) but I was into this movie from the beginning to the end. The only thing I wasn’t feeling was Queen Latifah (that I love) because at first there was no chemistry between her and Sandler as couple but it got better through the movie. You instantly feel connected to Bo Cruz (Juancho Hernangomez). This movie is more about basketball, it’s more about Adam Sandler as actor or Lebron James as producer. It’s a life lesson movie. So many things to take from it for everyone. It’s a motivational and inspirational movie. Never thought I will ever get so hype about an Adam Sandler movie. He took his acting to another level in this drama. Haven’t seen more exciting movie in a while. Very good plot, Adam Sandler was at his best. It’s been a while since I’ve seen and feel a good movie like this one.

Was this movie written by a 5 years old girl? Like actually W T F !!! The acting is terribly wrong. I feel sorry for Mena Massoud, he is such a great actor but this movie is probably his biggest flop. Acting is so fake, so exaggerated. Probably one of the most annoying and pointlessly irritating movie I've ever seen. A 5 years old can guess 99% right everything that will happen in the movie from the first 3 minutes. Laura Marano You are beautiful, maybe for modeling or anything else BUT NOT ACTING 😖. Cringest movie of all the time.

I would’ve paid to watch this at the movie. It’s much better than majority of movies in theater nowadays. When I saw 2 men kissing, I was like “oh here we go again, another propaganda”. Then I totally forgot that was even part of the movie. It literally blew my mind. Fast paced, emotional and funny. I think the main message is to always stay true to yourself no matter what. It is so well done that it’s nothing compared to the thousands propaganda movies out there about the LGBTQ community. The characters, the graphics, the plot, everything was great. This movie can easily compete in the 2023 top 5 Netflix movies.
