Superb series. The medical cases are classic and represented in a realistic fashion, unlike the TV series, House. Patients are portrayed as they are in a general clinical practice. The acting is stupendous snd the scenery of the town makes it a bit fairytale like. As the show progresses, the replacements are even better than the originals, which seems impossible. The episodes touch on so many facets of life and relationships. The comedy is sharp and supplements the action. Bravo to the writers, the medical experts and the absolutely amazing cast. It is my favorite TV series, ever.
