I watched this documentary 4 July 2020 and learned a lot about how Costa Rica got rid of its military and reaped great advantages. It also explained that Costa Rica adopted a neutral foreign policy despite opposition from the United States and that this neutrality has also been very helpful. It is thought-provoking about the destructive role the US military plays both domestically and abroad, without being polemical. It was a gripping story, well told, not polemical. I give this movie my highest rating.
