I enjoyed the start of the movie. The opening of the movie was engaging for me. Noa and his friends and tribe looked awesome and so real. It was interesting to watch. I enjoyed Noa's character and appreciated his friends and tribe—uncomplicated, but honest characters. I loved the Noa's tribe graphics. They all looked so real and integrated. Amazing!
In the second part of the movie when Mae enters the scene, I felt hanging for answers, which did not arrive even at the end of the movie. My daughter and I left the cinema confused about Mae and the remaining humans. The plot with Mae is confusing, whereas Noa focuses on the rescue of his tribe. I did not enjoy Freya Allan's acting in this film. It was boring, unengaging and emotionless eg blank face. I was looking forward to watching the film, but in the end was disappointed.
