Feels like a Ghibli movie at moments with its description of surroundings and moments. The characters are interesting and conversation will surely make you feel whole some. It is more likely to feel like an elaborated diary entry than a novel but still keeps you intrigued enough if you are interested in character driven stories till the unnecessary subplot of Tomo and the Takano guy... Which really didn't contribute much to the plot... I get it with the theme of True love and can't able to move on truly but it was surely not done right when it feels streched enough for freaking 3 - 4 chapters (ch 8 - 9 or 11) ... Till there I was really into the book and in between I questioned my self "What was I even started reading and what had it turned out to be?!"... After that they continue the story they left for the subplot which is dramatic yet impactful... The book's ending was decent but it could've been written in a better way rather than making it feel like wrapping up things just for the sake to finish... Although it was a good and emotional read for me... Had a great time... Mostly connected with her dynamics with the place (bookshop) and her uncle and aunt which was really heartwarming to read... If you want to read a character driven light hearted drama... Then it is one for you... Just don't expect much
