The Great And Powerful Turtle

Slow Aussie drama that tries hard to be a Nordic Noir style drama but kind of misses the mark... But its real failure is how incoherent a plot is has ...aliens,toxic dumping,murder corrupt locals and dirty police officers,any and all of them come together into a plodding mess that if anything owes more to "Invasion Of The Body Snatchers" than anything else but does it in a really stupid way..

Excellent film ...the build up to the end is just so funny and the conclusion is extremely satisfying....

My opinion on Panorama is unprintable ...i refer you to their attempt to try and frame Tommy Robinson as to why...

I am mindboggled by how stupid the release of season 20 has been...it still hasn't aired completely in the UK yet was released ages ago in the US WHY that makes no sense,i live in the UK yet watched them months ago on US TV,now to make things even worse its release in the UK is being staggered out so randomly that i will be amazed if it can find ANY audience...

Poor very poor, ...it might improve but its stacking everything against it from the start by taking what works with Nancy Drew then twisting it into a modern take until it lose`s all the charm of the original,the show has tried to hard to be diverse and "modern" but it comes off as a mess.. It does have a few pluses that might keep me watching,the "supernatural" part is interesting and the basic story isnt that bad its just the script feels terribly under written...

I thought i would hate this as i can be very nitpicky about things i think are dumb/stupid and the idea that some kind of blind society could function over 100s of years would definitely fall into the dumb/stupid category ... hell i got that wrong,it has a few issues but the way things work seems quite believable,from the enhanced hearing to something almost like ESP that kinda works.. It looks fantastic the acting and cinematography is excellent and the story is really engaging,i do find the two children a puzzle as even with their knowledge they would still be a product of their tribe but appear to be nothing like them in attitude or outlook but overall i found it very watchable(first 5 episodes in one night)

A really bad film with god awful SFXs and some terrible acting...but strangely it was very very watchable,a kind of throwback to cheap 80s sci-fi movies i found quite entertaining... I give it two stars but maybe with a larger budget and better SFXs plus a few serious acting lessons a decent film could be made because though the basic story was hokey as heck at the core it had something...

Loved it ...not one of my top tier Kdramas but highly recommended..

The film was OK but not fantastic and certainly wasn't like Le Transperceneige the comic it was based on...overall i`d say its worth watching but also very flawed..
