TL;DR - Don't Karen and actually play the game. People get all upset over this because it's a AAA title with problems. Do you not remember Fallout 76, No Man's Sky, Wildlands, Breakpoint, or any EA title? Just look at what Hello Games has done with NMS when they were left alone. No, lets sue so that they can't fix the issues. Lets put the development team who loves and is so passionate about the game out of a job, while not being able to fix said game. You invest with the chance of loosing your money. If you're an upset investor, go Karen somewhere else because you're acting out for attention. I love CDPR and there are some features I would like the game to have but if you dont like the way it's played, upgrade your PS4 to a better console, its like 5 years old now and has been proceeded by two consoles. If you want a high-end PC gaming experience and visuals, you need a... (dramatic pause) ...high-end PC. Wait for the community to mod the game. How about you take the initiative and develop modifications yourself. Take the initiative yourself. You're spending $60 for 100+ hours of immersive content. I bought three copies of the game and have no regrets. I own it for a PS4, subsequently can be played on my PS4 pro, I have it on a high-end gaming PC, and I bought it for my sister on a low-end gaming PC for my sister. Not only that, but I have a friend that plays it on a mid/high-quality gaming PC, while his wife plays on a low-end gaming PC also. Guess what? We all recommend it.
