Basically, a combination of "The Strain" and "Alien" at sea.
Atmosphere was dark and creepy. Music and acting was good. I had a few good scares where I almost jumped in my seat. I wasn't overly emotionally attached to the characters, though, with one exception: the hardest death for me to deal with was (spoiler alert!) the dog's.
Not the best horror movie I've ever seen, but far from the worst. One of those movies I'm content to see once but will probably never rewatch.
