The movie had a very interesting premise but the plot just felt too rushed and had some pretty lazy writing.

The story lacked in pacing, character development and story. A big disappointment.

I honestly love this Movie. I admit that I am not a die hard fan of Harry Potter. I have only read through the series once, and i never read Fantastic Beasts and where to find them.However, i felt that it really is an enjoyable movie despite the very rushed plot and the amount of nonsensical things that happened. You can just sit back to enjoy the special effects and the characters that carry the plot. My only problem is the lack of Character Arcs. Other than that i recommend this movie to anyone who have watched the first Fantastic Beasts and i am interested to see where the next instalment brings us.
