Grant Anderson

I thought this was a deeply thought provoking move. I expected more about the war but in reality the movie followed the personal toll on wartime journalists and the broader violence of war in an americanized context. There was certainly a thrill in the big moments of dramatic explosions but i did not expect the emotional connection to the main characters or how deeply it would make me think about what civil war in the US. Its an amazing movie and I think its well worth the watch!
