I had the privilege to stumble upon this book two summers ago and I can still confidently claim it as my favorite book. It's not necessarily the plot itself -while it is a great one- that left such an impression on me, but rather its profound eloquence and beauty I found within the pages that did. The way Handler was able to create something so real and intimate amazes me; only a handful of authors can do that. It felt like I was there, like I was Min, like Ed had broken up with me. This book is mine. It's yours. It's his. It's hers. It's our heartaches written down. A feeling in words. This review simply cannot do this book justice, so I recommend you read this book. It may just end up being your favorite too!!
