I have only watched the episode of The Wedding Feast of Cana. This single episode is the best cinematographic depiction of Christ, His mother Mary and contemporaries in the history of cinema (let alone TV). Of course, it only makes complete sense if you've read the original story. I think that the producers and director should consider using their existing footage to make a 2 hour stand-alone cinema movie about the calling of the 12 Apostles. Just call it "the Calling". It would easily generate more revenue than Mel Gibson's "Passion". This would in turn fund further episodes for TV.
