Don't fall for the warranty. It isn't as transparent as they would have you believe.
I bought a machine - a P80 Master - which is now essentially an expensive door stop. At first I quite liked the machine, although the snow foam lance is garbage, some of the ideas are clever but things like the hose reel swivel are not very well executed.
Because I bought the machine through my company they won't honour the warranty. It has actually broken twice, the first time was a cheap part so I just ordered one and changed it myself. This time it needs a new pump head. Over the last 18 months I doubt it has been used for more than 20 hours. Ava couldn't care less and refuse to provide the parts - I'm happy to do the labour myself!
If you're considering an Ava machine do yourself a favour and buy a Nilfisk instead, the build quality is better, I have 3 P150s and a P180 , the P150s are nearly 10 years old.
