Rachel Barkow was on the US Sentencing Commission for 6 years. The percentages over her term are very steady. Over 97% guilty plea rate. Over 91% go to prison and go for long periods of time. Corrupt Federal Judges rely on the USSC Guideline range over 95% of the time. You would think this type of farce "due process" would be in Russia, China, North Korea or Iran? But no, the US is the most oppressive regime in the history of mankind. My question is how can somehow like Rachel Barkow, who is an active participant as an oppressor, write a book on criminal justice reform and mass incarceration? How does Harvard University publish her? How do other organizations in and around Washington DC like Cato promote her? Do not buy this book. It is a fraud on the public and a slap in the face of all the victims and their families who suffer from her policies.
