One Ascended

Absolute trash. Maybe this would be a good game for those who often play flying games. For someone who hasn’t and is completely loyal to Skyrim, I thought I’d give it a shot with one of Bethesda’s new games that they had spent so long working on. The intro, like Skyrim is you find yourself in a place where you have no idea what’s really going on. Ok fine, then they run you through a couple controls. In Skyrim, I played a stealthy bowman. The controls were entirely different and it didn’t even show what the new controls for stealth were. I’m over here having to run up on people and getting shot all the while trying to aim with a laser. Where is my ranged weapon? Nowhere. There is no ranged weapon in the beginning. Then it puts you in a spaceship and you’re immediately fighting someone. Meanwhile, I can’t figure out how to even pilot anything or what the engine abbreviations meant. I pretty much gave up at this point as I was taking on a ton of damage and couldn’t even begin to figure out how to target my adversary. Overall, how can you even attempt a game that you can’t properly move around in? As someone who plays for leisure, the money is not worth it and the fact they spent so much time on this garbage is insane. Wishing for a refund.
