I first read this book in Romanian. I was 7. I read it again when I was 9. I am now 53. I have read again several times in Romanian since I have never found the English translation untill e-books became a popular thing and classics started appearing. It is still one of my favorite books. It will take your emotions on a rollercoaster ride. Once you read it, it will become one of your favorites as well.

Easily one of the most enjoyable series I have read so far. I love the character development and the humor. The series develops well and keeps me coming back for the next one. I hope there will be many more books in the series. I just started book 10 this morning and am half way through it. I will most likely go through the entire series again after finishing book 10. I always seem to find new details everytime I go through the series.
