First of all, I'd like to acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Personally, I didn't like it.
It has many important points but it doesn't take 1.5 hours to explore them, especially when a point is repeated for 30 minutes. At that point I found them condescending and started zoning out. The interviewees give a lot of reliability to the argument because of their jobs.
The narrative is also unrealistic, overdramatised and annoying. I personally disliked every person in the family and found them unrealistic. I understand that they are used to convey an important message about the impact of social media on young people, but it made me want to stop watching. The control room is a nice metaphor, but the way it's executed is cringey and unnecessary. An algorithm isn't inherently evil, and it says so, but it's not shown well by the control room metaphor.
