The visual effects are really good, sets are believable, few good actors, a lot of pedestrian actors, some bad actors, and very poor writing. The Jedi seem to make a lot of mistakes; you bring the witness on the ship to meet the killer face-to-face. Why? You take a Jedi Knight and his Padawan to bring in the killer of a Jedi master. Why not send a Jedi master to face a Jedi master killer? If the Jedi were this incompetent from the beginning, would they really be running anything for thousands of years? The acolyte seems to be more of a WB show with an overblown budget. Disney needs to do better. I canceled the subscription after watch the first two episodes, I've lost hope with Disney making shows that are good, make sense, and or entertaining.
