I guess the 5th time is not the charm. Hollywood drivel that belongs more to a CNN or MSNBC feature than in this epic and storied franchise. Gone is all the surprise and pathos and what remains fails from the screenplay all the way to animation. Have you no shame sirs?

I know many will not share my opinion that 'Young Rock's is great TV but what other show can deliver laugh and tears while deftly transitioning between different periods in a young man's life? A great cast is supported by excellent writing making this show both funny and emotional. The season 1 final episode had me in tears when the present day Rock was in a scene with his real life mom. This poignant scene made it clear that they were the only 2 close family members still with us today and how much their struggle shares with the journey of many people. Yes, you may be an international superstar but you aren't immune to the trials and tribulations of growing up in the USA. I really look forward to seeing if this show will continue to do great things and take its place among the greatest TV shows ever made.

Shannon is one of the best in the business these days. He is smart, funny, and always on point. I think he would benefit from a different co host but he is such a pro, he would shine even if a monkey was sitting in the other chair.

This show is awesome. Both of the hosts are funny and articulate. I look forward to their back and forth that is always entertaining but done with respect. I think that they both have bright futures ahead of them and I hope that they can stay together and continue to shine for years to come.
