To begin with, Madhavan steals the show. This is all I can say without giving out any spoilers. I watched this movie because I loved the trailer so much. But the movie failed to meet the expectations. Anushka, even though a brilliant actress, kept one expression face, confused whether to act as a strong protagonist or a damsel in distress. The story contains unnecessary songs, though beautiful in composition, in between of building suspense.Also, there is an American corrupt cop who doesn't behave like an American. Even though all characters have grown up in America, interrogation happens in Telugu. An experienced detectives tailing a car like a novice, police procedures being shown just because they have to. In all, This 2 hour long movie could be an lower rated episode of any police procedural drama like NCIS or Criminal Minds. One extra star for Maddy's performance.
