The base game still has some shortcomings, but the updates have made significant improvements. However, the mods are truly transformative. I believe it will be a 5-star game soon. Paradox is not the only company to release an unpolished game, but I appreciate that they took the negative feedback from the initial release seriously and have been reworking the game based on user input. That’s more than can be said for EA.
